While I love the new overview page generally I have 2 requests, Please don't put id's in these front end "user friendly" interfaces. No executive I ever found knew what 47c677dc-477c-4006-bdeb-55b648db67e5 means. It's useless data for data's sake unless using an API. Please provide the name version of that item - ie Sub-account name rather than sub account id If Harness does not provide a service for the types of platform we have, I don't want my end users seeing that we have zero savings from that function. As an Azure house we patiently await the advent of Harness commitment orchestration. Meanwhile we work very hard to manually manage a huge workload of commitments, resulting in the lions share of cost savings for the company. The tile in the new Overview tells the end users that the company is creating $0 in commitment savings, which is false data. Please provide a way to hide an irrelevant tile.

Make budget alert notifications context-aware by evaluating spend against the position within the budget period, so users are only alerted when the spending pace represents a real risk of overrun. Problem CCM Perspectives budgets currently support six threshold alerts (Actual 50/80/100% and Forecast 50/80/100%). Alerts fire purely on the percentage threshold, with no awareness of where we are in the budget period. Example: a "Forecast 50%" alert triggers the same way on day 5 of the month as on day 25 — even though these have very different financial meanings. This produces noise on normal spend patterns and dilutes the signal when a real risk exists. Requested behavior Introduce dynamic, time-aware budget notifications that evaluate both: Budget consumption percentage Progress through the budget period The platform should decide whether the current spending velocity indicates an elevated probability of exceeding the budget, and alert accordingly. Example (monthly budget, Forecast 50%) Day 8 → Notify. Velocity suggests likely overrun before month-end. Day 15 → Optional notification, depending on configurable tolerance. Day 25 → Do not notify. Normal spending behavior; no user attention needed. Suggested configurability Toggle between "Static thresholds" (today's behavior) and "Dynamic / time-aware" mode per budget. Configurable tolerance band for the "warning" zone. Applies to both Actual and Forecast alerts, across monthly / quarterly / yearly budget periods. Benefit Reduces alert fatigue, surfaces only financially meaningful risks, and improves budget governance across Perspectives.

Currently we are getting an error when trying to add a connection to github copilot for example where we try to have the token pulled from a connector using vault it says "Harness Platform is allowed only if secrets used to connect to the servce are saved in Harness build in secret manager" We absolutely need to allow it to pull from a connection that is tied to vault please add feature asap

I can't imagine a situation where Harness Administrators in an organisation would want their end users to be ignoring a whole Asset Givernance Rule for all Resources for all time. How can that be enabled? Please please please give us the ability to turn that off. I have just had to remove 200 ignore records because of this, and due to the weird delay in Harness seeing the change they recreated themselves overnight and I had to do it all again today. Aghhhh! The ask: Allow admins to show or hide the options to ignore a recommendation at any level above Resource.

Please add the Azure native field consumedservice to Cost Category filters. These are very useful high-level groupings of resource types. Use case: AI services - I need to distribute costs of "AI services" to other parts of the company via API. The best way to keep all of these in synch is a centrally managed definition of an AI Service. These are dynamic as the AI world spins ever onward. There are several consumedservice items which make up the bulk of these but for a few outliers, but as I'm unable to use this dimension. I am instead using 7 OR operators with many items in each. It's very frustrating.

The cost forecasting in CCM Budgets currently looks like all it does is add 5-15% for each future month and that's it. There's no variation we're seeing to bring it more in line with historical costs or any alignment, the cost just goes up and that's it so not much is being done there currently. The second (but primary) thing we need is to be able to configure our own values for future forecasting months in budgets.

In BI Dashboards the cross-filtering operates outward from the selected table, rather than affecting the table itself. Specifically, when a value is selected in Table 1, the cross-filter is applied to Table2, excluding Table 1. The same applies when selecting a value in Table 2—it filters Table 1 but not Table 2. If you require Table 1 to filter itself upon selection, you may manually add a dashboard-level filter alongside the cross-filter to enforce the same constraint on both tables simultaneously. However, the Dashboard level filters are far less intuitive for end users and don't work as well as the instant cross filtering. I don't understand why a table can't filter itself. The filter is easy enough to remove from the top of the page. Similar to the perspective - click the chart and it adds the item to the filter and filters the chart and table. Please consider enhancing this feature by allowing a table to self-filter in the cross-filtering function.

Description: We use CCM Budgets with monthly breakdowns and need to display budget vs. actual in BI dashboards. Currently, we hardcode budget values in custom field expressions, which requires manual updates across multiple dashboards whenever budgets change. - which is monthly in 90% of our applications. Request: Native Budget Field in CCM BI Dashboard Add a first-class budget dimension/measure to the cost Explores that: Joins CCM budget data to cost data by perspective/cost category Returns the correct budget amount for the time period being queried Supports monthly breakdown budgets (different amounts per month) This would eliminate manual maintenance and ensure dashboards always reflect current budget configurations.

Recommendations workflow is clunky where I: Filter a list of recommendations that is unique to my group/platform-> Click into a recommendation-> recommendation appears within the page instead of a new tab -> I gather the recommendation then I must go back to the results filtering page to click on another recommendation. Can I suggest to open a new tab everytime I click into a recommendation. So I can preserve the filtered list whilst still being able to collate all the recommendations I need

The "Potential monthly spend" column in Open and Ignored recommendations is confusing. The data shows the Current Spend. To my mind a potential spend is what you would spend after a change (logically in this recommendations page - after you implement the recommended change). Please consider changing the data shown, changing the column heading or adding a column to show the new spend you'll achieve if you make the recommended change. I would name it "Potential Monthly spend" but that heading is taken.
