It appears that the parameters by which Harness moves their Recommendations to "accepted" status is too rigid. It doesn't appear to be observing the ticket's resolution field, and is looking at the status, so anything outside of the actual "Done" status won't be accepted We'd like Harness to either allow us to customize the acceptance criteria, or broaden the range.

We would like a method to take recommendations that are made with CCM and move them into the ignore List via API or through UI. We'd like to mark wildcards and for it to be able to process it. For example, all machines starting with windows-*

When actioning a recommendation Engineers often find the recommendation too harsh or contravenes a SaaS requirement, but they are able to implement a partial action of the recommendation and estimate their own more appropriate amount for the Savings $$$ figure. The integrations with Jira and SNow need to allow for the setting of the new amount when closing the ticket, populating the recommendation in Harness with the new estimated savings amount. They do not do this currently

I would like to group the data retrieved from that API endpoint by the “Cost buckets” (or by the “Cost categories” they belong to) that I have created on the platform. Unfortunately, according to your documentations there does not seem to be an option or a field in the “groupBy” field of the payload, that allows you to do so. So, it would be great if there is a way to allow us to do it.

The current Anomalies overview allows a filter based on Actual Spend and Anomalous Spend. This is usefull, because many anomalies are relatively low amounts and do not require immediate attention. For the high spend anomalies, I would like to get a specific alert, because for these it is usefull to immediately investigate. Unfortunately the Anomaly filter does not seem to be available for the alert configuration. Please add this seemingly simple feature.

I am trying to fetch some secrets to use them in the asset governance rule. Can we have a feature to support secret references in governance policies.

I have checked the export job report from Azure and noticed that for some services it is showing RG name as capital and for others with small case. But is there a way that you can sort it out in the tool to group the RG based on the name without matching the case?
