I can't imagine a situation where Harness Administrators in an organisation would want their end users to be ignoring a whole Asset Givernance Rule for all Resources for all time. How can that be enabled? Please please please give us the ability to turn that off. I have just had to remove 200 ignore records because of this, and due to the weird delay in Harness seeing the change they recreated themselves overnight and I had to do it all again today. Aghhhh!

The ask: Allow admins to show or hide the options to ignore a recommendation at any level above Resource.
