Hi Team,
In our last call with Harness support we discussed few things.
We added windows VM to harness using Windows Local Runner setup. We brought up some concerns using windows local runner.
  1. For 1 local runner setup we need to provision 1 Linux VM and 1 Windows VM. And we need to install delegate in linux VM and runner in windows VM.
  2. This is not a scalable approach.
  3. Not cost effective.
we trying to setup VM build infra using below doc.
But this solution is not working out for us. Because we some azure policies blocking harness runner to create vnet and subnets.
We would like enhancements to this infra model, like we have VMs are pre-provisioned and wanted to add them to pool. Is this feature feasible ?
