As part of our efforts to measure Harness IDP (DCP 2.0)’s adoption and improve user experience, I currently send out customer survey via email on a quarterly basis. However, the response rate has been consistently low - likely because users have moved on to other tasks by the time they receive the survey and no longer remember their experience clearly.
To address this problem, I would like to explore the possibility of embedding a feedback loop directly into Harness workflows, ideally presented at the end of a session or workflow (on a monthly basis). This approach would allow us to collect timely and relevant feedback (for various roles configured) while the user’s experience is still fresh, helping us generate actionable insights.
Could you please let me know if such a functionality exists in Harness today? If not, are there any config options (or plug-ins, etc) that would allow us to enable the feedback mechanism?
