Currently, Harness Pipeline Notifications support the use of User Groups for channels like Slack and Email. However, this capability is missing for the Datadog and Webhook notification channels, which currently require manual configuration of individual identifiers or endpoints.

The Request

Implement native support for selecting User Groups when configuring Datadog and Webhook pipeline notification channels. This would bring these channels into parity with existing notification methods.
