Today we have overrides for environments, services, infrastructures and service&infrastructure. When using gitops however we do not leverage infrastructures but instead have GitOps clusters as part of our environments. I want to have the ability to set overrides at the GitOps cluster and Service&GitOpsCluster levels, mirroring what we can do today with infrastructures.
