STO doesn't currently support anything other than Ingestion processes in Harness Cloud. We'd like to be able to run Orchestration processes.
We are specifically utilizing Sonar Scans.

Can you please clarify what do you mean by not supporting orchestration mode for sonarqube scanner in harness cloud?
We do support on Harness SaaS (cloud) and SMP (self managed platform) both.
