Podspec overlay available in CI stage as mentioned in the below doc is missing in the containerized step group that can be added in the CD/custom stage. Please add the option to configure Podspec overlay in containerized step group

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
You're right—the ability to configure a Podspec overlay is currently supported in CI stages but not available in containerized step groups within CD or custom stages. 
We've logged this as a feature enhancement request to bring parity between CI and CD/custom containerized step groups.
