We are facing an issue with hyperlink enablement in OPA policy warning/error messages within Harness.
When an OPA policy returns a deny message containing a URL (for example, a link to a Harness CI template or documentation page), the link is rendered as plain text in the Policy Set Evaluations / OPA warning UI. The hyperlink is not clickable, which prevents users from directly navigating to the referenced resource.
Expected Behavior:
URLs included in OPA deny or warning messages should be rendered as clickable hyperlinks in the UI.
Users should be able to click the link and navigate to the referenced Harness page.
Actual Behavior:
URLs appear as plain text in the OPA warning/error message.
Clicking the link is not possible.
Impact:
Reduces usability and troubleshooting efficiency.
Users must manually copy and paste URLs, increasing friction during pipeline failures.
Limits the effectiveness of OPA policies that guide users to remediation steps via links.
