Implement OIDC connector support for Harness CI module's Build and Cache Intelligence features. This would enable secure, temporary credential-based authentication for CI operations, eliminating the need to manage and rotate static credentials while improving security posture across the CI/CD pipeline.

For Harness hosted builds, this wouldn't be necessary. And for delegate based builds, you can configure this option in the "Default Settings" Page in your project. You have the option to create and reuse this storage configuration for the selected project. Please see the screenshot below for more details.
