Currently, Auto Discovery requires items to be at specific paths, for ease of making my point we will use templates as an example. if templates are not in the ".harness/templates/<template_name>/<version_name>.yaml" format, git will not auto discover them.

Many customers dont like the .harness directory, as it can cause viewing issues when they pull code locally on their systems (default hide of .<directory>/ is fairly common). can we make this a configurable default setting for the GitX logic to have a programmable path.
