Hello Harness Team,

OPA policies can currently be created and managed through both API and Git-based workflows. However, OPA policy sets do not have the same support and cannot be created or managed via API or Git.

This limitation restricts our ability to:

Automate policy set creation and updates

Maintain policy sets as code

Achieve consistency with how individual OPA policies are managed

Request:

Please add support for creating, updating, and managing OPA policy sets via API and Git, similar to existing support for OPA policies.

Enabling this would significantly improve automation, scalability, and governance for teams managing policies at scale.
