Currently, users cannot unsubscribe or manage emails they receive as approvers, and control is only available at the user group level. This results in high email volume and potential user frustration. We request user notification settings page allowing users to choose how they receive notifications, including the ability to unsubscribe completely. This aligns with standard practices in modern applications and improves user experience.
