Elasticache Engine on CCM Dashboard (Valkey, Redis, Memcached)

Please add the CUR field below so the CCM Dashboard can expose the Elasticache Engine:
product_cache_engine
- provides details of the Elasticache engine (Example: Redis, Memcached, Valkey)
This is very useful when evaluating the cost of the different Elasticache Engines and when purchasing Reserved Instances for Elasticache. The engine is needed when purchasing an RI.
Without this information, it would be difficult to know what RI to purchase.
