Directly open any template associated with a pipeline hierarchy

Our pipelines are created from templates. These templates are created from sub templates which are have sub templates and so on.
When debugging a pipeline, I often have to open up the pipeline template just to get to another template and keep going down until I find the one I need to investigate.
This ask is 2 parts.
- When looking at a pipeline, could we have a tree view of all the templates (and the specific version in use) that make up the pipeline.
- After seeing all the templates, I would like to view/open a specific template from that tree view.
