Can we undo recommendations marked as applied by mistake

In CCM Recommendations, can we have a feature through the UI which allows us the option to move recommendations from Applied back to Open.
The use case for this feature added through the UI is so if accidentally a recommendation is marked as closed or a jira ticket is marked as done in error, then the option to move the recommendation from 'Applied' back to 'Open'

Harness CCM Recommendations Process Flow Improvements

Hi,
We've been working on connecting the CCM Recommendations to our JIRA ticketing process, and have encountered two specific areas that we would like Harness to correct on their end
1) After a Recommendation is made and the ticket is created, a process should be built by Harness to check regularly if the recommendation has been applied. It's possible that recommendations have been applied, but an end user forgets to mark the ticket as "Done" in JIRA
2) This one is more important: Harness needs to audit the integrity of users marking a recommendation as "Done" or "Applied". If a user marks a ticket as done, but they did not actually apply the recommendation, Harness needs to reopen the recommendation and move it out of the Applied section
Happy to jump on a call to discuss further if that helps.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Wheat Pike, Thank you for your feedback. This is already supported today in the UI. You can select “Mark as Open“ option on the UI to move a Recommendation back to “Open“.
