Allow for granular controls over (1) whether the app can override the phone's current sound setting (mute, vibrate, sound on) and (2) how high of a volume the notification is played at before restoring the phone to it's previous setting.

After speaking with support, who confirmed from the engineering team, I learned the Harness On Call cannot change my phone's volume when triggering a notification unless the app is configured to use the 'Canary Drill' notification sound. Selecting that sound also has the extremely unfortunate side effect of causing the notification to be played at max volume. I cannot tell you how annoying and alarming the Canary Drill sound effect is at full volume. After hearing it once, I immediately changed it; I will never willingly choose that option again with how it is currently configured and have advised others to switch their sound to not have to go through that awful experience.
